I am wondering if there is anyone out there that has tried physical therapy to help with fatigue?  I am thinking of trying it since I&#39;m not so sure I&#39;m
doing well on my physical strengthening on my own anymore.  Just wondering if there are success/failures out there with this??

			<description><![CDATA[ I do not like to get a flu shot because it makes me so ill (before WNV). But my doctor said that I had to get the swine flu shot...but to only get half a dose.
He said that it should protect me about 90%. I got the 1/2  and I did not have any reaction. Now I must hope that I am not part of that 10%. jb ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Hello everyone.  Got WNV in August of 2008.  At the end of February of 2009 I happily declared myself 100% free of symptoms on this site.  We&#39;ll not all is
perfect.  I often get muscle cramps and really painful knots that take a while to stretch out.  It seems the knotting have been getting worse in recent months.
 At this point I get them multiple times a day.  I&#39;ve been exercising more lately and think that might be the cause but I get them in odd places like the

			<title><![CDATA[ Advice please. ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I just found this site and it is weird that so many people told me that things were in my head and I come to find out they are not. Since I contracted WN about
6 weeks ago I have been in and out of the hospital and on IV therapy for dehydration on 2 occasions.

Had meningitis and paralysis of the left leg Sept 2008.  Am happy to report all the symptoms of West Nile are gone and have been for months.

I had total paralysis of my left leg......now I am walking, hiking, riding a bike, swimming......but still my left leg is too weak to jog.

The recovery for paralysis is like polio.....2 years....so I am thankful I have almost fully recovered within 10 months....And... ]]></description>
